- Inside, you’ll find two light-filled rooms: The Victorian and The Great Hall, which boast dramatic design details like rich hardwood floors and weathered walls with exposed brick. Outside, there’s the inviting Covered Patio overlooking the most beautiful “secret” garden…a true urban oasis.
- Retreat to The Loft for your day-of preparations. Here, you’ll find plush furnishings, a lounge, dining area, private bath, and wet bar. Handcrafted barn doors allow you to make a grand entrance onto the Great Hall's balcony.

- Access to the full property on the day of the event
- Use of the furnished loft, VIP suite, and green room
- Farm tables, two floating custom bars, lighting, music dock, and speakers throughout
- Site manager and flow director/greeter
